Mr. Mulugeta Negero is a cyber-security, infrastructure protection,and international security engineer professional with extensive

experience in consultative cyber security solutions. 

He has worked with financial institutions, academic organizations and select private sector organizations both domestically and internationally. Mr. Negero holds two master’s degrees. A master’s degree of Engineering in Cybersecurity, Policy and Compliance from George Washington University, Washington DC. The second, a master’s degree of Engineering in Infrastructure Protection & International Security from Carlton University, Ottawa, Ontario.

Additionally, he is s certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

• Senior Cybersecurity Auditor with extensive experience in the full lifecycle development of security standards, frameworks, controls, countermeasures, IT Infrastructure, and compliance.
• Expert level Cyber Security Advisory consultant with experience in SCADA/ICS, IoT, AI and emerging risks and threats to national security.
• A seasoned Cybersecurity educator who has created and updated training and educational material for international and national agencies such as Europol and Interpol.
• Extensive experience in the development and execution of security policies, digital intelligence practices, emergency and data recovery plans and operational exercises with a focus on measurable results that lead to overall improvement of security posture of the organization.
